We are quick to point out the contributions of others and slow to seek attention for ourselves. We share credit, emphasize team over self and define success collectively rather than individually. We are humble.
We govern ourselves with a strong moral code. We are sincere, trustworthy, truthful, and have simplicity of intention towards our fellow teammates. We value honesty and sincerity in our dealings with others, and our genuineness is apparent. We are constantly holding ourselves to a standard of true character, and praising others when we see the same qualities in them. We have integrity.
We are always looking for more. More things to do. More to learn. More responsibility to take on. We do not need to be pushed by a manager to work harder because we are self-motivated and diligent. We are constantly thinking about the next step and the next opportunity. We are hungry.
We work to fulfill our personal goals and desires as well as help our teammates to fulfill their goals and their desires. We have a need to be contented and pleased with the work we are doing, and to seek peace with others. We recognize that true satisfaction isn’t found in accomplishing only our personal goals but also in our coordination of efforts towards a common goal, and that upon reaching that goal, we can rest in a job well done. We are satisfied.
We have common sense about people. We devote serious effort into knowing what happens in a group situation and how to deal with others in the most effective way. We exercise good judgement and intuition around the subtleties of group dynamics and look for opportunities to positively impact our teams with of our words and actions. We are smart.
We are UETech.
